Aboriginal Contracting Connection Pty Ltd (ACC) is a 100% Indigenous & Australian owned contracting company that specialises in project management, developing and executing Aboriginal Participation Plans and building material supplies across the infrastructure, construction and defence sectors. Our aim is to enrich the lives of the people in the communities we work in through a sustainable, local and collaborative approach to project delivery.
ACC was founded by two Aboriginal entrepreneurs with extensive experience on major infrastructure & construction projects, recognising an opportunity to inspire new ways of working to maximise outcomes for Aboriginal people and communities.
Our mission is to recalibrate the Australian construction industry by placing Aboriginal businesses, communities and people at in decision making level and move away from target-driven engagement. This approach helped establish the 4 pillars of our business:
