The BestPly formwork plywood core and veneers are constructed with hardwood Eucalyptus which is a premium material in comparison to other alternatives.
Our hardwood eucalyptus core is well known for its ability to prevent the absorption of water which enables formwork decks to withstand the harsh Australian climate.
Each sheet of ply has all four edges of the sheet sealed with waterproof membrane to prevent any ingress of moisture and to prevent expansion and contraction from weathering.
The film surface quality of each sheet is capable of meeting the class 2 finish Good two sides so each sheet of BestPly is of high surface quality.
The glue used to glue the veneers of ply together is an A Bond glue which is the highest grade of glue that is used in construction materials.

3. Quality Assurance

This ensures that best practices are used during the fabrication of your orders. Our team ensures that each product is meticulously crafted as per the Australian standards and the National Construction Code.
We have three inspection points:
- Inspection of the factory prior to the commencement of fabrication
- After the purchase order has been approved by the customer, the manufacturer commences making the BestPly so the products are inspected again
- Once the BestPly formwork plywood has been manufactured, Aboriginal Contracting Connection inspects the products prior to it being loaded in the container
